Called about a leak in my ceiling on a Saturday — Keith called back within 30 minutes, showed up, and had it fixed within two hours at a fair price.
He was out within the hour for a leaking spigot, found us a great deal on parts, and gave a much lower quote than another contractor for unrelated repairs.
